- January 15, 2009: Papers, Notes, and Workshops due
- January 19, 2009: Final Papers, Notes, and Workshops due
- February 28, 2009: Notification of acceptance for Papers, Notes and Workshops
- March 31, 2009: Camera-ready submissions due
- May 10-13, 2009: Group 2009 Conference
Draft submissions are due January 15, 2009. Reviewer assignments will be made based on these drafts which may be updated through January 19. At this point the final submissions will be sent out to the reviewers.
Extended! Draft submissions due Thursday January 15, 2009 by 24:00 PST. Final submissions due Monday January 19, 2009 by 24:00 PST.
Workshop Proposals
A workshop proposal should not exceed 4 pages. The proposal must contain a title, goals, and plan for the workshop. The proposal should also discuss the organizers' backgrounds, a profile of participants sought, how the workshop will be advertised, the maximum number of participants, the planned duration (half-day/full-day) and the audio/visual equipment needed.
Draft Workshop submissions are due January 15, 2009 at 24:00 PST. Workshop submissions should be e-mailed to the Workshop Co-Chairs. All submissions will be acknowledged by email. The review process will be completed in time for accepted workshops to be advertised in the acceptance notifications for papers and notes.
